I've been enjoying World Of Tanks for quite some time (over 13k battles so far) and am growing increasingly frustrated with the game overall, plus Wargaming's approach. With Armored Warfare on the horizon, I was curious if others are following suit or have joined. I just bought the "Lord Of War" founder's pack for around £46. For those unfamiliar, check it out here: http://aw.my.com/us?lang=en_GB Trailer Another trailer Highlight of the game at PAX

Maybe it offers a more enjoyable experience compared to World of Tanks.

Since I wasn't aware of this until we started this conversation, I don't really understand it.

Seems interesting, though I’d prefer to just enjoy BF4.

It features a superior game engine. There’s no paid ammunition. Additionally, the developers are genuinely taking player suggestions into account. Here’s a sample of gameplay from an earlier alpha version.

Newer armored vehicles and an updated engine bring a more even playing field. The game now supports both competitive and cooperative modes. Tank upgrades follow a unique path, offering distinct options compared to traditional heavy tanks. Modern tactics emphasize versatility—combining mobility with firepower—while older systems forced players to choose between them.

I'm planning to try it out once it becomes available for free. After playing World of Tanks for a few years, seeing how competition influences the scene will be interesting. I still question how much it will impact WoT, since most people tend to focus on criticizing it and praising others' games. I remember everyone eagerly switching to War Thunder when they released ground combat units.
