Two weeks prior, I ran a check on my SSD using crystaldiskinfo and it reported 97% health. Last week, after installing Linux Mint on my Dell Optiplex 5080 mini tower, the system started up fine. After formatting, I performed a clean install of the latest stable version of Linux Lite. Upon rebooting, I encountered issues—my boot screen remained active for several minutes before requiring me to power off and turn it back on. Eventually, I tried cleaning install Windows 10 22h2, but it showed no SSD support, leading me to believe my Linux Lite installation had been damaged. After replacing the SSD, I was able to complete the Windows 10 clean install. Any advice or insights you have on this situation?

It's unlikely. The issue probably stems from your SSD failing unexpectedly.
