It already features one on the back. Install the two 12F P12 fans in the top two slots for front intake. Yes, it works quietly. The Artici Freezer 34 / 34 duo / A50 offers decent cooling with improved quietness. https://pcpartpicker.com/product/HyTPxr/...2s-20pk-r1 Not much better than the stock cooler, but quieter. Good and quiet option: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/sk22FT/...cfre00058a Even better: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/dmXnTW/...cfre00060a

Consider skipping the Ryzen 5 3600 for $230. Avoid adding a markup on used components—it’s a $50 increase compared to its recent price. The 10400 offers slower performance, isn’t overclockable, and doesn’t support fast RAM in this setup, but it’s significantly cheaper. Here’s a breakdown of the parts:

PCPartPicker list: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/m7VhkX
CPU: Intel Core i5-10400 2.9 GHz (6 cores) – $174.99 @ Newegg
Motherboard: Gigabyte B460M DS3H AC Micro ATX LGA1200 – $79.98 @ Amazon
Memory: Team T-FORCE VULCAN Z 16 GB DDR4-3000 CL16 – $51.99 @ Amazon
Storage: Intel 665p 1 TB M.2-2280 NVME SSD – $94.99 @ Newegg
Case: Phanteks Eclipse P300A Mesh ATX Mid Tower – $49.99 @ Newegg
PSU: Corsair CX (2017) 650 W, Bronze Certified – $85.99 @ Newegg
Fans: ARCTIC P12 56.3 CFM 120 mm x2 – $11.02 total @ Amazon

Overall cost: $559.95 (includes shipping, taxes, and discounts).

This configuration gives you RAM and twice the high-speed storage for a marginal boost in speed. Without RAM, it’s still more affordable with double the fast memory. If you want even better performance, opt for the 5600X instead of the 3600 and pay extra. At least that would justify the upgrade. The $230 price tag for the 3600 feels like a waste.
