Hi. I discovered a few old boxes containing CDs of Silicon Graphics 3D tools, demos, and some great 90s software for Silicon Graphics IRIX. It looks like these could run in a virtual machine using Sun Solaris or FreeBSD since they're Unix-based. Let me know if you need more details.

Based on the specifications, it should run on a UNIX system with BSD extensions, but it may not work on FreeBSD. It’s worth trying since you probably don’t need any special keys.

They seem to have distinct CPU designs, perhaps? Trying Unix System V with QEMU might work better.
