This is what Chat GPT has to say: If you're seeing your 1600 MHz memory showing half-speed clocks in Speccy, it is likely due to the way DDR (Double Data Rate) memory works. DDR memory transfers data on both the rising and falling edges of the clock signal, effectively doubling the data transfer rate compared to the actual clock frequency. So, when you have 1600 MHz memory, it will be displayed as 800 MHz in Speccy or similar monitoring tools because the effective data transfer rate is indeed 1600 MT/s (megatransfers per second), but the actual clock frequency is 800 MHz. This behavior is normal and expected for DDR memory. It's just a representation of how the memory operates and should not be a cause for concern.

It was a bit confusing going through therapy, but honestly it seemed like just a bunch of random stuff? I’m too young to fully grasp what’s going on. Over time, the constant energy just faded away, which makes sense. I used to be pretty impulsive in elementary school, but after high school I shifted and became more thoughtful. Now I try to help others more and it helps balance things out.

It seems we both enjoy being supportive, but occasionally we just want to push people around. Keep chatting in DMs instead of taking over this conversation.
