Following a short test of aida64 it appears to cap around 1.306v, though the highest values indicate it briefly hit the 1.375v threshold. Additionally, while viewing on YouTube it reaches approximately 1.37v.

It displays a "SVI2" at the end but was removed due to window size. It indicates a maximum of 1.375 and during operation it stays around 1.35 plus volts. I think this suggests the 1.375V is enough.

It seems a lower clock speed works well with the available power. However, the heat output is limited, so consider adjusting to 1.33V and 4.1GHz.
