Hello everyone, I’m considering selling my PC soon and want to make the most of its final days. I’m curious if an emulator called RPCS3 can work with the PS3 XMB interface. I own a collection of games but haven’t played them since I sold my PS3. Also, GTA V’s intro runs at only 4 FPS, which isn’t great. I have a solid machine: AMD Phenom X4 9750, Hyper 212 cooler, 8GB DDR2 RAM, GTX 650, and a 750W PSU. I’m using an Acer G7200 motherboard, Predator OEM, and a 60GB Patriot Flare SSD with a 7200RPM HDD in an Acer case. ;p

I think there might be PS3 emulators available, though I’m skeptical about those that work with your existing discs. You could likely find ways to get them without paying.

i don't know why you would emulate GTA V when there's a PC version. RPCS3 still has a long ways to go until it's a viable and stable emulator. not a problem with specs - simply getting games to run properly

The PS3 emulation is still mostly in early testing phases, with only select PSN titles available and no major games fully supported. Progress will depend on years of work and more advanced hardware before most titles run smoothly on an emulator.

This project is dead M.Yurizaki . Bosnia isn't a good country and I wanna move to Canada but I'm only 15. I am waiting to get parts for Hyperdream .

RPCS3 goes beyond just a prototype; Demon's Souls and Persona 5 are all functional yet still face certain speed issues.
