I've been playing games such as Battlefield 5 and Forza Horizon 4 recently. I've noticed small rocks and bushes appearing near them, and some textures are also emerging as I approach. Is this typical behavior?

This asset pop-up could be connected to storage performance.

Certain games really shine in those challenges... kingdoms of amalur for example… Rome II total war is benchmarked well, although thankfully only there. In Rome II it's included in the benchmark, but Kingdoms of Amalur isn't optimized for many systems. Interestingly, when I first began playing these problems, they didn't exist, but after version 10 they appeared...

It is generally a matter of limited resources.
I first encountered this problem in the game Oblivion in 2007. I could ride faster than the system could load assets. To resolve it, I switched to 10,000rpm hard drives.
Now, when it occurs, it’s usually a glitch since my games run on SSDs. The issue persists in modded games, so my next upgrade will be a 2tb 970 EVO M.2 SSD.
Here are the steps I take to ensure smooth gameplay.
Reboot your computer before playing.
Adjust object fade to maximum.
Set object detail, terrain, and clutter to maximum.
Also, use an SSD for both the game and the operating system.
Ensure you have at least 16gbs of RAM.
Make sure you have 4gbs or more VRAM.
