Consider upgrading your system for better performance. The R5 2600, B450 Mortar Max, and 16GB DDR4 RAM should work well, but the frame stutter in games might point to insufficient RAM. You may want to add more DDR3 memory instead of replacing everything.

Sure, an upgrade would be great. If you're fine with it now, perhaps you could wait another couple of months to check out the new AMD CPUs? If they come out soon after, prices might drop a bit. Alternatively, you could consider adding a few more 3000 units. Good luck!
