You're looking at a powerful setup with an i7 9700K, dual 16GB RAM, MSI MAG CORELIQUID 240R, and a 3060 Ti. The Asus Prime Z390-A is a solid choice for Intel processors, offering good performance and compatibility. It’s not the absolute top board in every benchmark, but it’s reliable and well-suited for your configuration.

Top choice for Intel isn't the best, but a solid mid-range option exists. If I needed something in that category, I'd pick it mainly for the Thunderbolt AIC feature.

This motherboard isn't top-notch but it's okay. It would be better to opt for a 10th generation i7 if possible. Overall, your selection seems quite good.

Why the temperature is so high? It’s mainly because of the heat from the hardware, and without good cooling it really hurts performance. As for the AIO, it’s there to handle the water and keep everything running smoothly under pressure.

I chose this motherboard since it works with the 10th generation, just compatible. A friend suggested pairing it with an AIO cooler. Here are the links:
Case: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0839Y...0DER&psc=1
Cooler: https://www.newegg.com/msi-liquid-coolin...6835846008
Motherboard: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B087LN...0DER&psc=1

You can find superior options for that budget. A good air cooler is far better than an AIO, and if you plan to use the motherboard, you'll need a 10th generation CPU.
