For a fresh build, I can't suggest Zen 2 CPUs anymore. Intel 10th gen offers better value and speed. Zen 3 is significantly faster, while the 10700K is solid at around $299 for eight cores. For a full budget, the 10400 is about $175, and the 10600KF is roughly $199. It's tough to recommend the 5600X or 5800X compared to the 10600KF and 10700KF at today's prices.
