Considering the price and capacity, it depends on your needs. Four sticks of 32GB each offer a decent amount for basic tasks, but whether it's worth it for the ascetics hinges on your usage.

You definitely need to ensure performance comes first, but a well-maintained tower looks much better once you see it.
Personally, having all memory slots populated doesn't look that much better than only two of the memory slots populated. My system has 32GB as well, but I have it in a 2x16GB configuration and I honestly don't think it would look much better having all the slots populated, so might as well have to option to upgrade to 64GB if necessary. There is a slight performance difference, but it's not something I would care that much about.
