The last post I made will be closed—please visit here. The i7 10700 costs $301 without the case, just the CPU (ignore this). The i7 10700k is $362. The i9 10850k dropped from $398 to $425. Should I save the $63 by skipping the i9? I’m not in the US or Canada.

Only you understand this. Should I have the additional cores? Does it make sense for me? Value is personal and varies from individual to individual. I wouldn’t invest in them since I wouldn’t require them.

Saving $30 might help you get a higher-performance cooler for overclocking.

It seems like you're questioning the value of the 10.7 million kronor investment. I doubt it's worthwhile, and I'm uncertain about the required costs for streaming overhead.

The Cooler from @ForwardVoltage doesn’t affect my budget since I’m using the Scythe Fuma 2. Also, I’m not doing any overclocking because Intel has a turbo boost feature.

I’m confused about why the 10700 is so popular right now. I assumed it was limited to that price, but it seems both low and high prices are frequently unavailable.

Your thoughts on the topic are clear—what you believe will work best depends on your specific requirements. For your situation, which option seems more suitable?

I don't see a reason for the 10850k.

Your selection would be either a 10700k or 10700, correct?
