I'm testing a P104-100 and it runs slightly faster than a 1660 by around 10 fps or less in tests, which means it's similar in power. I recorded the process at 15fps 1080p, and it works fine. Streaming is tougher on the PC, so your machine seems capable for it. I usually stream at 1080 and 4K occasionally.

I rely on Kazam for recording, but the obs didn’t work for me. @BlueScope819—what alternatives exist to improve streaming? Should I switch to M.2 storage instead of an SSD or do I need more RAM?

Disabling hyper-threading wouldn't provide any benefits.
