You're considering pairing your i9-9900KS with a 2070 Super. It's a good question—whether to go with the i9-9900KS or switch to a different CPU depends on your needs. The 2070 Super is great for performance, but pairing it with an i9-9900KS might not be ideal unless you're targeting high-end gaming or demanding workloads. If you want better value or more flexibility, another processor could be a better fit. Think about what you plan to use the system for most.

You're asking why someone would choose a different model if the 9900K is already top-tier. It's because it can work with any GPU available today.

I'm worried it could slow things down and I want to watch it live.

As mentioned, there isn't a better CPU available, which means you won't face any performance limitations.

I can't afford to purchase an RTX 2080. My current limit for my computer budget is the RTX 2070 Super.

I recommended the i7 because it offers better value and allows you to allocate more funds to the graphics card. Of course, the Ryzen 5 3600 is also a solid choice in terms of performance.

The CPU isn't the main limiting factor, a 2070 offers impressive graphics power, yet you'll see better results with a 2080 Ti clearly
