The CPU tower cooler is making a slightly noisy sound, but it's still clean and new. I don't understand why it sounds this way. The temperatures are normal. It's the Cooler Master RGB Hyper 212 Black Edition model.

It’s the fan on the heat sink. The front fans and exhaust are pricier and don’t perform that way. This is the original version.

The cooler you currently have seems to use a basic fan with clips, and swapping it out for a more efficient one should likely resolve the problem.

It seems like the machine had a recurring issue where the scratches eventually caused it to fail after several months of use.
