The upcoming 3000 series models are arriving soon. I’m considering the Founders Edition or ROG STRIX 3080 and want to confirm compatibility. My current XFX RX580 measures 269mm in length, which is almost touching the new boards. There’s a connector on the lower right side that might interfere, so I need to verify that first. The MSI B450M Bazooka page provides lengths: 285mm for the Founders Edition and 319mm for the ROG STRIX 3080.

Motherboards provide adequate space for all PCI-E cards, no matter their length. This motherboard appears to meet that requirement, as does any other well-designed board.

According to uranium, motherboard parts usually don't cause problems unless a connector is positioned directly behind the GPU. The length of the case should match the GPU's dimensions to ensure proper fit.
