It's not fraudulent activity; it involves companies purchasing keys in bulk for cost savings and reselling them to third parties like the sites you mentioned. I understand what I hear, though I can't confirm it definitively. The five keys I've purchased have functioned without issues, and returns are possible as well.

I’m really certain that any Windows 10 Pro key priced at 5bux isn’t simply resold in bulk without following the agreement Microsoft set with the original buyer. These seem like questionable practices that Microsoft doesn’t seem to address. 2) I’ve never encountered a key expiring or causing problems, so I go ahead and purchase them. Honestly, it’s not as difficult as installing Windows anymore.
