Having raised kids who kept pushing until they reached the limits, I understand that a certain 'secret' reason why the game fails on your rig is a valuable "oh man" (not my fault). The embarrassment of it being Roblox won't work at all...

a long time ago I faced a comparable issue and what I did was restrict the executable in the firewall and then altered the host file to divert the IP address for the game. It seems like there was only one IP address they were using, so I just fixed the host file to send it elsewhere instead of to the game server. It might be worth trying anyway. It shouldn’t be too difficult to determine the correct game IP.
