I assume you won't have to set up much: Just enter the Mapping Name whatever suits you, use the server's IP address for Internet Host (make sure it's reserved), set the internal port between 25565 and 25565, and hit Apply. This should complete it. If issues arise, we can revisit the configuration.

If your machine is running the server, then it's okay. Confirm you have set aside the IP address. Your device might get a different IP each time it starts up.
