You can likely run the game on a PC using an emulator. Let me know if you'd like guidance on finding one.

It seems the PSP version works, but the X360 and PS3 don't.

The differences between PSP, PS3 and XBOX versions are noticeable but not always drastic. Each platform has its own features, performance tweaks, and exclusive content.

They're not massive issues. The versions for PS3 and Xbox seem to be a bit better.

RPCS3 is an ongoing PS3 emulator project. According to the wiki, it isn't fully playable yet. I understand your concerns; I also want a more engaging experience. The game features a smaller map, fewer activities, less car customization, and access to Tokyo.

I’m drawn to cars, personalization, and navigation maps in this game. I don’t have much background on the plot, and I didn’t search to avoid ruining it.

I just watched a video and noticed the PSP version used maps from previous titles... though it could have been the MC3 port. I believe the Tokyo area is actually the MC3 Tokyo.

Interactive FPS availability is still pending. Compatibility is uncertain. Emulating the experience is problematic. The Xbox 360 is no longer available on eBay, priced between $25 and $35. Midnight Club Los Angeles costs about $7. Expect delivery before December. Playtime should be limited to 1-2 hours at most. Unless you’ve used it extensively, it feels outdated. A game from the 1990s. Bulk purchases can reduce prices on eBay, sometimes under $0.10 per unit for Xbox 360 and PS3 titles.
