I attempted the built-in OC tool from Gigabyte called EasyTune 6, but I frequently encounter a black screen or no display at all. There seems to be a concern about the multipliers being locked in an article I found. Is there a method to overclock it?

Yes, they are secured. Therefore, overclocking is restricted to a few hundred MHz at most with the standard clock. It doesn't seem worthwhile. And using Easytune for overclocking isn't advisable; it's better to perform it manually in the BIOS.
