However, it carries risks since other parts could become unstable. Typically, the base clock is around 100MHz, and your CPU operates at roughly 3.5GHz when running at full speed. Raising the BCLK to 105MHz would push the CPU to about 3.78GHz, while bumping it up to 114MHz would increase the CPU speed to around 4.10GHz.
From one of MSI's MB engineers, a BCLK speed under 99MHz could cause the system to fail to boot. It's unclear if boosting BCLK that much is feasible.
