It seems unclear which subject this should fit into. However, could the unlocked Pentium (Anniversary Edition) play CS:GO on its own with built-in graphics? If possible, what frame rate would it achieve—like 15 or 30 FPS? Or might it not run at all? Thank you for your time!

Sure, I also had one before my 290. I played CSGO without a dedicated GPU and kept the settings at medium to low, which gave me around 30-45 FPS easily.
