Is this typical? It can reach 75-85% with just a few programs running. Your setup includes an I5 12400F, ASRock H610M, 1x16 Teamgroup DDR5, GTX 1660 Super, 500W PSU, and 64-bit Windows 10.

The 16GB capacity is the lowest possible, which explains the higher figures. It becomes an issue only around 90%. You currently have one 16GB unit, and if you need more space, you should purchase another identical model.

Join the discussions here! It's completely okay. I strongly suggest adding another RAM stick since single-channel performance is significantly slower than dual-channel. Keep in mind that while two sticks work well, four sticks (especially with DDR5) are not recommended.

It's typical. As long as it doesn't affect your performance, it should be okay.

It affects my performance, causing big FPS drops, slow texture loading, and even menu lag.

Consider tools like Razer Cortex that automatically stops unused programs when launching a game. Other options might exist depending on the software's performance, but I find it works well for me.
