I'm a tech support person here. I'm assisting someone who wants to set up a home studio. The M1 chip looks promising, but I noticed iPad OS is quite different from MacOS. Digital Audio Workstations for iPad aren't very solid, and they won't really shine unless we can run MacOS. That means we're stuck with the older MacBookAir from 2015, which isn't very encouraging.
As @BondiBlue mentioned, it's not possible. Unless you already owned an iPad, you should consider getting a MacBook instead. The iPad isn't suitable for running professional applications. Apple has turned the iPad into a device mainly for kids to stream Netflix, which is disappointing, but true. In short, you can't achieve professional results with the iPad Pro.
Additionally, MacOS now allows running iPad apps directly. That means purchasing an iPad Pro becomes unnecessary.
You can handle some advanced techniques, but music production and video editing aren't your strengths.
If Apple had launched it, it might have functioned; otherwise, they haven't done so.
