I recently purchased a GA-78LMT-USB3 (rev. 5.0) and realized my existing 8GB DDR3 kit (2x G.Skill F3-1333C9S-4GN) isn’t listed as supported on the Gigabyte website. There’s a different model, the "G.SKILL F3-10666CL9S-8GBNT," but searching for it only returns the "F3-10600CL9D-8GBNT." I’m unsure if this will work. I just want to avoid buying RAM that might not function later.

Have you already gotten it? If so just stick it in and see. If not, a lot of the time memory may not be on the list but still works. The last ram I got was not a my motherboards list and it still works perfectly

I've placed the order already; it should be here within a few days. I'm hoping it functions properly. I felt puzzled because the item wasn't clearly shown in the PDF or online listing.

It seems you're unsure about what "10600" and "10666" refer to. They might be related to rounding or formatting, but I'm not entirely sure what they mean without more context. Could you clarify where you heard about them?

As mentioned often, many items aren't included, yet they should still function. Regardless, best of luck with your practice.
