I purchased a Gigabyte G1.Sniper A88X board. It appears to have power, the green LED is on, and the CPU is getting hot. The RAM is also heating up and blinking. The PSU is a 500WG 80Plus Gold unit. I've tried various RAM modules and slots, including different processors like A4-6300 and X4-760K with a GPU. I reset the CMOS using battery and shorting methods. All display ports (VGA, DVI, HDMI) and monitors are working without any beeping sounds.

Consider returning the board if possible. The chances suggest it’s unlikely to be salvageable, and honestly, it doesn’t seem worth using anymore. FM2+ performed poorly upon its release and has deteriorated significantly over time. Offering it freely isn’t a good deal either.

every component functions properly except for this motherboard. the buyer purchased it from the Facebook marketplace, and the seller mentioned they don’t have any RAM or monitors available to test it. they asked if it still has a display.
