Hello. Checking if your PC can handle 1080p at 144Hz across many games is possible before spending a large sum on a monitor. Your Ryzen 5 3600 GTX 1650 Super with 16GB RAM and 3200MHz should work well for most titles.

Medium options work well. New titles usually don’t run at 144 fps.

Of course, the only way is through significant compromises, except for CSGO.

Consider titles such as Warzone, Destiny 2, Fortnite, and Apex. Would a 100Hz setting be more advantageous?

No, 100Hz isn't useful. Do monitors actually come in 100Hz? 144Hz is better for desktops. Opinions may vary, but if you're thinking about a GPU upgrade soon, get a 1440p 144Hz monitor.

I support @Arika S's suggestion for an adaptive sync monitor. Even reduced FPS is fine. For those aiming for top FPS, upgrading to a larger GPU would be ideal.
