What kind of CPU cooler are you using? It might not be suitable. I'm in the Philippines, so I don’t mind my i5 3470 77W TDP during heavy use with a decent DEEPCOOL ICE EDGE MINI FS 2.0. It keeps temps away from getting too hot to the point of discomfort—like 60°C or 70°C. For the Ryzen 5 3600 at 65W, a cooler with at least 120W TDP is ideal. As long as it includes copper heatpipes, that’s great. Most case fans aren’t very effective, I think.
