I haven't entered bios or adjusted any settings yet. I'm really nervous about overclocking and risking damage. This might be my final option. -Ryzen 5 1600 af -Asrock B450M Steel Legend -Team Elite 32GB - DDR4 3200 (PC4 25600) Timing 22-22-22-52 CAS Latency 22 Voltage 1.20V -GeForce GTX 1650 super -WD_BLACK SN750 NVMe 500GB -Corsair CX 450 I suspect the RAM problem. It's causing stutter and lag.

What’s the concern? You haven’t mentioned the issue, only that you didn’t change anything. Regarding your RAM, simply open BIOS and turn on XMP/DOCP settings. This should let it operate at its rated speed without any danger.

Your processor likely operates at the standard 2133 or 2400 MHz in BIOS settings. Check for XMP/DOCP options and choose 3200 MHz from the available list. If that doesn't resolve the issue, revisit BIOS and pick 2933 MHz or 3000 MHz—whichever is lower than 3200 MHz. This adjustment may improve gaming performance by about 2-3%.

The 3200mhz model won’t work with the Ryzen 1600AF. You should aim for up to 3000mhz or 2666mhz at most.

It seems the system isn't starting properly at 3200 MHz. At 2666 MHz it works, but something feels off. The VRAM settings in the game are unusually high, which might be causing issues.
