I own a 32G kit paired with my 5950x chip that operates at 3600Mhz using 18-19-19-19-39 XMP settings. Fine-tuning the timings gives me stable results around 16-19-13-12-30. I went back to XMP since changing the timings repeatedly after many BIOS updates on my board wasn't worth it. The quicker settings didn’t noticeably affect performance in regular use. A few percent drop in some benchmarks was observed, but that’s not a big deal for real-world play.
