My country is attempting to file a lawsuit against Valve for their no-refund policy, which violates local laws. =) The age factor matters, and refunds likely stem from some poorly made games released by other Steam publishers. Valve doesn’t create broken games themselves, but some third-party developers do... However, the no-refund rule and the mods payment issues were really frustrating! =D
Steam likely offers many returns since it hosts a larger number of low-quality titles compared to Origin.
