PS2 is known for having no anti-cheat measures and being easily compromised by hackers. The only solution is to report the hacker and hope a GM intervenes.

It's quite odd that a big company like SoE doesn't implement even basic anti-cheat measures in their free-to-play game. I haven't played it myself because of this issue.
