Hello. I'm curious if the Cooler Master Hyper 212X with dual 120mm fans could push my CPU to at least 4.5ghz. Here are my details:
Athlon X4 860k
GIGABYTE G1 GeForce GTX 960 4GB
Crucial Ballisticx Sport 16GB 1600Mhz
GIGABYTE F2A88X-D3H
Fractal Design Define S
SentryMetal Blade Power 550w 80+Bronze PSU
I really like the appearance of this cooler and think it would fit well in my case. I have solid airflow (three 140mm intakes and two 140mm exhausts) plus a good chipset, and I've used the Geminii M4 for about six months at around 4.2Ghz. I'd love this cooler, but if it won't go over 4.5Ghz, do you recommend any stylish options under $75?
Thanks!

The EVO performs excellently, matching the H7 recommendation from SR-71. Regarding altitude, it depends on the capabilities of your specific APU.

You'd also require a more suitable power supply for overclocking since the one listed is quite inadequate.

It might be a bit excessive at around 4.5GHz.
