Many people discuss it, but opinions vary. It bothers me because I’m unsure if it affects low FPS in online games. Recently, while playing GOW 4 online, my frame rate stayed above 130 FPS. But during downloads, I noticed some drops—from 144 FPS to around 100-110 FPS with noticeable stuttering. It never fell below 100, yet the game felt choppy.
