Hello, I'm checking if turning on fast boot or ultra fast boot is okay for my system. It's a B450 Aorus Pro with an SSD, and I want to know if it might cause any issues.

It won't harm anything, but keep in mind that on certain motherboards with quick boot settings, the only method to reach the BIOS is via advanced startup choices (Shift+Restart) in Windows.
