The game remains available for free after an initial purchase, but you must buy additional DLCs or subscribe to the monthly membership to unlock the extra content.
It's free with an optional DLC and membership perks such as quicker XP and coins for their store.
Well i havnt got to the real "endgame" yet. You can play forever as long as your not wanting to play the dlc stuff. No lvl cap or anything im aware of either. And yes micro tranaction mounts and pets etc. basic mounts can be purchased with ingame currency which lvl exactly the same as paid ones. If your really not sure look at there dlc stuff and see if theres anything you wanna play on them coz you cant unless yiu pay the membership for it.
It's available right after the first purchase. You also receive 500 free crowns (in store currency). If you have roughly $60 and are willing to wait a month or two, they'll release a premium version with all DLC up to Dark Brotherhood content. That way, you won't even need to deal with most of the additional downloadable content.
