Yes, EMTs are present in GTA V.
They pass by the victim each time they call, briefly slowing down the ambulance as if considering leaving but ultimately deciding it’s not worth it. Recently, a driver crashed into my car, forcing him out of the seat and detaching the door. This time, the EMTs exited the vehicle, approached the victim, stated something about checking his pulse, and left without further action. It’s odd to see this happen.
I only engage sometimes, mainly when I have the urge. Also, it's enjoyable to dive into every part of the game.
The whole game is just random stuff. That’s why we’re targeting him for doing that stuff.
