I managed to figure it out after some trial and error with the NVIDIA Control Panel and CSGO settings. If another person needs help, just let me know and I’ll guide them through it.

You confirmed your CS:GO settings are already available in-game. You can choose 4:3, 16:9, or 16:10 within the windowed view. No need to adjust the Nvidia control panel.

If I changed the settings in NVIDIA Control Panel, my CSGO view would shift to fullscreen, which might be what you were trying to achieve. It’s a bit confusing, but I think you got the point across.
