If you truly need those 1903 features, I only updated on the first day specifically for the Sandbox. Otherwise, using a VM would be a better option.

The update hasn't affected gaming performance negatively for you. You're not experiencing any issues with speed or stability.

I didn't encounter any problems with the games post-update. In fact, they appear to perform slightly more efficiently (especially during the games I tried). However, because the games themselves receive frequent updates, this improvement might not be tied to a Windows update at all.
