You just installed a new PC with an i9-9900k and 2080ti, but it’s freezing unexpectedly. Restarting doesn’t help; videos play but you can’t move anything, and all your inputs appear suddenly. This behavior is confusing.

Make sure to remove everything using DDU, then just add the fresh drivers.

I believe the drivers were the issue. I removed them and everything seems to be functioning correctly now. Hope you're okay—almost had a heart attack thinking the computer might be damaged.

Open Device Manager, select View > Show Hidden Devices, and you can remove additional software from your previous installation. Deleting a driver for a device already installed will automatically reinstall it through Windows.
