OH, starting up can be slow initially, especially with the 3000 series chips. Memory training on those boards tends to take a while. Once the board stabilizes its memory timings, it shouldn’t cause much trouble during later cold boots. On my system DDR4 3200 runs smoothly, but sometimes it resets to 2133 on a cold boot because of the training issues. Just revert to 3200 and restart. It’s bothersome, though it doesn’t prevent the rig from working.
