Hey everyone, I've got a 5900X and a pair of 3200 14-14-14-34 (via XMP) 2x16GB B-Die kit. I've been tweaking memory clock settings for a few days, aiming for 1:1:1 MCLK/FCLK/UCLK. I wasn't able to POST with 1900 FCLK like others did. I went with a 3733 MHz overclock at 1.38V for everyday use, with the following timings. Do you think these are good enough? Feel free to ask if you have any questions. Also, I added a note about the DRAM voltage.

Run the Aida64 memory test to evaluate performance. A good B-die should outperform C16 at 3733. Target low latency around 60 ns or less.

Latency remains below 60 with the current memory setup. The CPU is operating normally, and I’m not aiming to overclock it. My concerns are similar to yours—performance should exceed C16 and 3733. I’m a bit concerned about running memory at voltages over 1.4V, but others suggest it’s safe for B-Die with proper cooling. Any timing suggestions for this frequency would be appreciated?

You don't have to hide your Ram voltage when using B-Die modules. 1.5v works just fine for daily use. The CPU Soc can handle up to 1.2v, though you probably won't need much more.

Seems like the setup had limited performance, operating around 1.37V.
