Absolutely, it's enough. One 8-pin connector can deliver over 400W if the power supply can handle it, and the 7800X3D stays under 100W at all times. Even the 7950X won't exceed 200W consistently without getting hot, while most boards have a second 8-pin primarily for appearance rather than real performance.
