Checked a video and a website; My nod32 flagged it as a malware-spreading site. I wondered if there are real emulators available—some options exist, like Parsec or QEMU. If you're looking for reliable sources, here are a few links: https://www.nod32.com/download/ and https://www.parsec.net/. Decide whether to add it to the console gaming section or keep it separate.
Not available right now. A few are in beta, but only a handful of games function properly.
There isn't any. The hardware is too complex to replicate because of the unique cell movement process.
I understand the details about the PS3 at a very basic level, and I have experience creating an emulator. However, the main challenge is that current PC hardware isn’t powerful enough for emulators to work well—they need a lot of effort just using the PC’s strong capabilities. This is why we still don’t have a reliable GameCube emulator yet.
But the experts you mentioned seem to be continuing their efforts, right? Haha
There exists an emulator for the PS3, though it's still in early stages with many limitations. You can find the source code at the provided link. Numerous YouTube videos showcase people playing games with it, but keep in mind the current state is quite basic and commercial titles aren't available yet. However, developers are steadily improving the experience.
I mainly create scripts and code for Snes9x during my free time, which is the Super Nintendo emulator. I handle the port for the Wii, while someone else developed the core parts, and I just added new features.
