I can transfer games between your 8700k and G4400 systems. Reasoning: - Entire residence will be dedicated to gaming soon. - Your gaming setup includes a 1440p display, piano, soundproofing, and recording equipment in the second bedroom. - The backup machine has a 1200p screen beside the bed in the main room. - You can stream from both 8700k and 1080 Ti resolutions to either rig while you sleep. - Switching the G4400 into a NAS with security camera functions is also feasible. *4K TVs are available for streaming in the lounge as well, though long-term plans depend on budget. Need to upgrade wardrobes and beds from Hammond’s, and consider new furniture options later. A larger solid wood desk from IKEA could work for your second bedroom, or a more expensive custom build if funds allow. *Opportunity arises if you secure financing; otherwise, an affordable IKEA option is practical.*

The 'stream' button in every Steam game typically controls the live video feed of a gameplay session.

It seems you're planning a few upgrades. You already know it won’t stream at 4K, but you’re thinking about using it with the G4400. Are you wondering if it’s compatible with NAS OS? You mentioned you have all the necessary screens now, as long as they remain stable during transport. Also, you’re considering a 4K TV in the lounge and a 21:9 monitor for your main PC later.

Needs a machine with SteamOS or Steam Big Picture on Windows Vista or later, Mac OS X 10.10 (Yosemite) or newer, Linux Ubuntu 12.04 or newer. A screen or display supporting 720p or 1080p. Any of the devices mentioned earlier. Home network access for both Steam Link and the host system. Wired connection is preferred. Not available otherwise.

I’m certain about it for you. However, the core of the discussion isn’t about all those specifics.

Steam OS or Winblows 10 might not be ideal for setting up a NAS, as they're primarily designed for gaming and streaming rather than file storage tasks.
