I own a few NH U12s—it's not much, but I can't splurge on a large cooler right now. I'm using stock clocks, and adjusting the negative offset helps keep temperatures lower. However, I'm worried that doing so might affect the processor over time.

9700K reaches a throttle temperature of 100°C. Avoid this temperature unless necessary; run it normally without adjustments. If you locate any type of fan, place it inside the case. Alternatively, using a desktop fan and removing the side panel can improve airflow somewhat. Always ensure sufficient ventilation.
