I maintain stable performance with minimal GPU and CPU load, and the game maintains 75fps, though it will gradually decrease to around 60. Running it at a capped 60FPS helps the engine perform better. Can a 580 handle some powerful modifications?

No, 600MB isn't the maximum RAM capacity. It's just a specific amount you're checking.

They should have noted the limited RAM availability, which is just 1.5GB.

It would be really shocking if vanilla FO3 played at 1.5GB LMFAO, considering how long the game has been around.

They might have meant after installing mods... Skyrim uses a lot of memory due to the many texture modifications I’m applying.

No one has applied a 580 mod yet. The GTX 580 features a strong GPU, but its VRAM limits modding performance; I've never reached saturation at 1080p, but I've achieved it in 4K.

It looks like your 580 handled well, but using the ENB caused some geometry issues. Haha!
