I actually see a 1440p screen on my new setup, and that matches what it says in the test suite. But I always thought these games ran at 1080p before, so all the numbers should be okay to compare against. Does anyone else know for sure? The same thing happens with Firestrike too.

3DMark uses the same settings for every test, so they all run on the exact same hardware configuration. Here is what I usually see when someone tests them: Ice Storm runs at 720p Cloud Gate also does 720p Sky Diver goes up to 1080p Firestrike and Firestrike Extreme both hit 1080p, while Firestrike Ultra pushes straight into 4K. The Time Spy ones go higher too, with Time Spy running at 1440p but Time Spy Extreme hitting full 4K. Basically, the rest of them just aim for either 1080p or 1440p.

OK, but TimesPy works perfectly on my 1080p screen. Is the game actually running at full resolution without any quality loss from that downscaling trick?
